These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the okba platform and all related services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between okba ("we", "us") and you ("user", "member").

By registering an account or using any service through the okba website, mobile version, or any related platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1.1 Age Requirement

okba services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. You must confirm at the time of registration that you are at least 21 years old. Providing false information will result in account termination and any winnings earned may be forfeited.

1.2 Scope of Services

okba is an online gaming platform offering casino games, slots, sports betting, and related entertainment services. We reserve the right to change or update the games and features available on the platform without prior notice.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at okba, the following conditions must be met:

1. You must be at least 21 years old.

3. You must not have been previously banned or suspended from okba.
4. Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

2.4 Account Closure

okba may suspend or permanently close any member's account with or without warning for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Registering with false information.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonuses.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.

All financial transactions on okba are processed through fully secure and encrypted channels. All amounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposit Conditions

Each deposit must be sent from a payment account registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Bank transfers are available through major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and others.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account must be verified before you can submit a withdrawal request. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour, but may take longer if verification is required or for bank transfers. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Erroneous Payments

If an incorrect amount is credited due to a technical error or system issue, okba reserves the right to correct it. Deliberately exploiting technical errors may result in account closure.

okba offers bonuses and special promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus has specific conditions, and bonuses or winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn unless those conditions are met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at okba, up to a maximum of ৳5,000, with a wagering requirement of 20x (on the bonus amount).

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
• Wagering example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Misuse

Bonus misuse — including but not limited to multiple accounts, coordinated bonus use by members of the same household, or attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets — may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension if detected.

4.3 Bonus Changes

okba reserves the right to change or cancel bonus terms, amounts, or availability at any time. Such changes will not apply to existing bonuses unless separately communicated.

Regular players can enjoy special benefits through the okba VIP Program. There are five VIP tiers:

VIP tier progression is based on your overall gaming activity and engagement with the platform. Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to your account. okba reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms and rates.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on okba are operated by third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and fair. okba ensures fair play.

6.2 Game Cancellation or Interruption

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue, it will generally be resumed from the last confirmed state or the bet amount will be refunded. The final decision on such matters rests with okba.

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, the outcome of a bet depends on the official result of the relevant match. okba reserves the right to investigate suspicious bets and withhold payment. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Using another member's account.
• Attempting to gain an advantage by breaching game or offer terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between okba and the member and supersede any prior oral or written agreements. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
